What is the refund/cancellation policy?


For Membership Purchases: Once a payment is made and your order is placed, there is a no refund policy. Your subscription renews itself monthly, if you would like to cancel your membership please do so 5 business days before your next payment date. Any issues, please do not hesitate to email us at - support@blueblanks.com For Package Purchases: Once a payment is made and your order is placed, you have 1 (one) business day to cancel your order for a full return. After one business day there is a no refund policy.




Can I set up a phone call to speak with someone about my package/membership and what I would like my content to look like?


Yes! With every membership purchase there is, at minimum, one Content Creation Consultation. After purchasing a plan, you can schedule a day & time that is available and that works best for you. Boom, mission complete. If you have purchased a package, then you can email all details, descriptive language, and instructions to support@blueblanks.com and title the subject "Content" If you have a unique situation, please do not hesitate to email support@blueblanks.com




How many days until I receive my content? How will I receive it ?


Turn around time is MAX up to 10 business days for all products/services sold on our site, it can be sooner. Your content will be delivered to you via Google Drive, emailed to you directly, and/or posted on an online visual board "Milanote" where you can view and download. Dropbox is also available upon request. Please specify your desired delivery method in the notes section at checkout. For us to curate the best content, we need a compilation of all the content you currently have. This can be photoshoots, product pics, logo files, etc. Please send all content information to support@blueblanks.com




I am interested but I need a larger amount of content than what I see offered... Are you able to produce more content than your highest package?

Do I need to sign up for auto-pay/save my card details for the monthly membership?


Yes, in order for your card to be charged every month, it must be on file. You can add this in during checkout by clicking the checkbox "Save card details for next time" If you did not do this, that is okay. You can add it in afterwards. 1. Sign into your account by clicking "Sign In" at the top of the site 2. Log In 3. Click the dropdown menu 4. Then click "My Wallet" 5. Here you can securely save your payment details for when you place an order at checkout & for monthly membership plans. This information is only visible to you.




What if I do not like a piece of content given to me in my monthly batch?


Uh Oh! We strive to give you content you LOVE! With that being said, only pieces of content you approve will count towards your monthly total Once a batch of content is delivered to you, you have 5 business days to confirm reciept, and approve/disapprove your pieces of content. If after 5 business we have not heard from you, we will assume you have received and approved all your content. If after 10 business days we do not hear back from you, we will close your account and terminate your membership.




Is there a referral program?


Yes! We love referrals and it is one of our biggest ways that we earn business. For monthly members: Whenever you refer someone to Blueblanks Marketing, you will receive 15% off your next month. They must also become a monthly member in order for you to receive your discount. There is no max on how many referrals you can bring onboard (we allow double discounting!) That means there is potential you can have your month(s) be FREE!!! (7 referrals is a FREE month) Each person that becomes a member is a one time 15% off, so the more the merrier! If you have been referred from one of our members you also receive 15% off, it will be counted towards your first month! Please email us at support@blueblanks.com and let us know who referred you. Once we confirm they are an active member we will email you a coupon code to use during checkout/or a direct payable invoice to complete your purchase!




If I am not a monthly member can I still take advantage of the referral program?


Yes you most certainly can! We leave no one out of the fun! If you purchased a package and refer someone to Blueblanks Marketing you can get 15% off your next purchase. Sign up for an account (it's free) then send us an email at support@blueblanks.com In the email please include the First & Last Name of the person you referred to receive your promo code. Once we confirm they have made a purchase we will email you your very own promo code for 15% off your next purchase!




What if I am a monthly member but referred someone who only purchased a single use package, can I still take advantage of the referral program?


Yes! You will receive 10% off your your next month! Send an email to support@blueblanks.com with the First & Last Name of the perosn you referred. Once we confirm their purchase, 10% off will be applied to your next month!




I am a new business and don't have much content to send, are you still able to create social media content for my brand ?


Yes! During our Content Creation Consultation you will speak with someone who is going to learn more about your brand, what you do/sell, and we will be able to create content from scratch for you. Every piece will still be on brand and match your account's aesthetic!




Do you schedule posts? If so, what platforms do you post on?


Yes, we do! We have no problem scheduling posts for you. Note:We only schedule content we have created for you & this feature is only available to members who are on a Level 3 plan or higher. We can post across Twitter, LinkedIn , Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram. If you have a specific time you would like your content to be posted please inform us. What is the difference between a social media graphic & an animated graphic?


Great question! Both are pieces of content and can be used for social media purposes. A social media graphic is a piece of content without any moving elements vs. an animated graphic is a piece of content that has moving elements ( transitions, videos, animated objects, etc. ) Shop our memberships to explore options that include both!
